Three-stage filter unit (3in1) - for nitrate-containing water.

Suitable for filtering water from public water supply systems without any restrictions.

For bacterially safe well water with a nitrate content of less than 200 mg / l, a nitrite content of less than 0.1 mg / l, a COD (Mn) of less than 4.5 mg / l, a conductivity of less than 100 mS / m pH 6-8.

Basic elements such as salts and minerals are preserved in the treated water.

Water goes through three stages of purification:

Textile sails - trap coarse dirt such as rust, sand, sludge and other dirt from the pipeline
Bacteriostatically treated granulated activated carbon - removes chlorine, radon, heavy metals, organic substances, detergents, pesticides, improves taste and color of water, removes turbidity and odor
Ion exchange resin binds nitrate ions to one another, which it sensitively exchanges for three kinds of harmless ions. Thanks to this technology, the filtration system is suitable for bacterially safe water even for infants over six months of age.

The capacity of the filter depends on the input concentration of nitrates and sulphates.

Nitrates have become synonymous with chemical pollution of drinking water. Fertilization and soil fertilization have gradually increased the normalized nitrate concentration limit in drinking water. The current standard in the Czech Republic is 50 mg / l, 15 mg / l is recommended, but in the untouched nature their concentration is only about 2 mg / l. Dionela FDN2 reduces the nitrate content to 1-4 mg / l. Nitrates have proven carcinogenic effects.

Contamination of the filter will cause the pressure of the filtered water to drop, which indicates that the filter element needs to be replaced.
The regeneration is carried out in a replaceable manner (ie piece / piece). The spent filter cartridge must be delivered to your store and you will receive a regenerated cartridge at a discounted price. The regenerated liner has the same capabilities as the new liner.

The water that passes through the pipe dissolves particles of these metals that remain in suspension in the water. Factors that contribute to increasing the amount of lead or other heavy metals in water are: low pH, long-term stagnation of water in the pipeline, and pipeline length.
